The first and only morning with a bit of sunshine during my five day visit to a rainy St. Petersburg. Got up at 7.00 to check the weather and walked around a bit in the area of the hotel to shoot some stuff using the warmth of the morning light. This was shot around 8.00 and this part of the Fontanka Embankment is not so busy as elsewhere.
The exact location is the outer city site of the Fontanka Embankment, just in front of the Egipetskiy Bridge and we are viewing towards the Angliyskiy Bridge. This was shot at ISO200, f2, 1/20s, one stop underexposed.
