Lots of lights indeed! The trees at the edges are a bit distracting - a tighter crop perhaps?

It's so hard to get a good night skyline shot, and you've succeeded. Good detail. Just wish you had adjusted the horizon (literally made me tilt my head to view it). 5 for now.
