It's interesting, but I think I would have liked it better shifted to the left. Everything from the black beam and to the right seems inconsequential to the photo.
It looks like the camera may have gone off accidentaly on this one. Or maybe somebody is trying to catch a neighbor in the act (if you know what I mean)
This is just defocused enough to be graphically interesting. I keep playing around with different compositional possibilities, but you've hit some good stuff here - the lampshade taking up exactly two slots, the alignment of the picture frame in the blinds, etc. Nicely done!
