Ah, Ursula, I really liked this one. I didn't give it the top-top score, but a 6, even though I probably should've gone even higher. The thing that caused me to vote it lower than 7 or 8 is already covered by comments below, that being mainly the eyes (even though maybe the circles are part of the point!), and the not-so-subtle transition from the sharpness of the hand to the rest of the body. The thing I really, really liked is the concept that meets the challenge spot on. I also like the lighting on the hand - very striking! Anyway, good job on an image that scored much lower than I would've guessed.
The shadow from the finger is confusing for the shot, also the circle from the eyes is the first thing I noticed when the picture loaded.
I like the "perspective" here great idea.
