RIP Ronald Ryan. Very emotive photo - love your little "actor". Did you get any strange looks while setting up the shot in a cemetery.

that's a little gruesome! I'm not really sure how to interpret this child's reaction.

this looks a bit washed out, but I love the fish eye, plus the sick humour here, so...ITS A PLUS!!

Mesmerizing, like a wreck. But definitely thought-provoking. Bumping up.

This is good. I like the perspective. I think the noose could have been made a bit more sinister looking.

Very imaginative and beautifully pulled off. Back for a little bump up... :)

This is such a powerful topic to have chosen. I love everything about the setup and processing, the lense effect adds so much to the tone ...except the expression on the child's face. Can't decide if he is making a mockery face with a send-up, over the top "pretend" crying or if he is bewailing the loss of the death penalty? Better perhaps to have had hid standing staring at the noose with an expressionless look on his face...

Interesting idea and well shot photo. I'm a bit bothered by the little boy in the image. Is he crying because there are no more hangings? that he is going to be hung? or that someone has been hung (even though the rope is very clean)? He just doesn't fit right for me. 6

This is a well composed shot, and I like the fisheye effect. The only distraction for me is the branch in the upper right corner.
