Not much to say - it's a beautiful memorial. Someone will probably say it's boring because of the lack of color, but that's how it looks.
Post-challenge: Wow! Thanks for a high score in an incredibly competitive challenge. Now my 2nd-best. Good thing I like it because it's going to be in my profile for a loooong time.

Congratulations on a wonderful photo and great finish. Love the shot - gave it a 10. I don't think there is a lack of color. I think there is a beautiful soft, warm, subtle color.
Very nice composition. Great usage of dark and light. I love how the fountain anchors the images and leads the eye up through the image to the text. Great job.
I like this a lot, except for the large blob of water. Also, the image is perhaps a bit too neat-imaged for my taste. What I like is the light (very nice!) and the colors of night time. There's a lot of good depth here as well.
Very very nice. Everything looks so...smoth? It's a good thing. Don't worry. And the text really fits with the subject matter, but it kind of causes a conflict because the image is so....idono...elegant? 9
