It seemed like a good idea at the time. Sitting in a pond with his mates the little Green Ducky said "I could run the marathon". Having made the claim he couldn't back out now. He'd look like a chicken, not a duck! So he trained and trained and finally the big day came. It turns out that a marathon isn't easy, especially if you are a little Green Ducky. He made it to the end but his time wasn't so good. Maybe next year.

You don't have to enter every challenge, just because there is a challenge. Using a green rubber duck to "run" the New York Marathon on a table top? C'mon, sit out the week next time.
