Sky looks good, though as said - architecture sharpen might have been given more attention. However I like the interesting triangle shaped building which could have been given more prominence, it works well on the horizon line with the smattering of lights on it.
Hmmm...Buildings are soft, horizon is off & the composition leaves me wondering if there isn't something more interesting going on to the left... Clouds are beautifully wispy, though!
This photo would have been better with a higher contrast between the sky and the buildings. You could have used levels or curve in photoshop to achieve that. The idea is good though.
