 My mother said its the dress of the noble tribe here in the Philippines. She had it when she went to Pangasinan and be with the tribe there. I liked the abstract design of the headgear around her forehead, with all the dangling beads.

Leave the value judgment, 'beautifully', to the viewer. This image could be more vivid. it seems a bit over exposed.
