It's "ok". Feels a little disconnected as a storyline. I think it's the expression on his face, the frazzled hair, and the sweat. He looks tired - perhaps you meant it to come across this way. Maybe it's the color of the "spots"? Hard to explain, but the image feels drab and depressing. Maybe a brighter color choice for the spots, like royal blue or something? I don't know.
