A pomegrante fruit placed in a copper bowl, and shot in filtered natural sunlight. Since the original color version was somewhat garish, in PS Elements, I desaturated the image, then using the "color variations" application I fiddled with red, green and blue tones to achieve this metallic bronze effect. The fruit's somewhat thick natural juice coating the dark seeds gives them their odd appearance.

How did this score so low? yours was the only one I gave a 10 to! I guess the voters didnt like fruit. Congratulations on doing something original and doing it well. Maybe you should of stuck some horrible white spots all over it and called it spots, im sure it would of scored higher then.
Really nice...still my fav of the comp.
