I love this photo, I usualy try to sugest a way to make it better, but I don't think you could, I admit I'm not a black & white enthusiast, and found it dificult to judge this challange, this is one of only two 10s in my scoring. good luck.

Very detailed beautiful shot, love the crop it helps with the movement of the picture, she really comes alive with the sparkle in her eyes and the wind blowing in her hair. You have captured nice subtle highlights everywhere, nothing over done here to me its perfection! 10
