A single image of the set that I shot for one of my HDR outtakes. Converted from raw to a color jpeg. Then used the two layer hue/sat method to convert to b&w (top layer is desat, bottom layer is in color-blend mode and is used to adjust the hues of each color).

Nice stark whites and reflections in the water, I wish the trees in front of the building stood out a little more to give the picture more depth but still works well.
