We drove to Boulder, Colorado to check out their espresso machine, the Synesso Cyncra. We are opening our own coffee shop in Colorado Springs in early 2007. We are going to be using the same machine, but we wanted to go see one in action.
As for the challenge, I was going for a grainy, grungy feel. I don't think the average voter here will like it, though. I predict a 5.1...
