Not enough depth, or tonal range. Seems a bit flat.

An adorable face. Nice use of rule of thirds. I think it could be improved though by an increase in contrast. The 'whites' don't look white. I like the texture in the fur. I'd like those white lines on the blanket made darker so that they don't stand out and distract.
