Nice ceiling, but with the people in view, it looks like a subject miss since I can't make out the people -- crop for the ceiling would be better. Also, the people in motion lead me to believe that you didn't use multiple exposures for HDR.
The lights above the walkway are fascinating, while the people are uninteresting. Perhaps a different composition focusing predominantly on the lights?
Considering the use of HDR I would really like to see more detail in the crowd. This could be a great shot if the people are just as vibrant as the lights.
Good job not blowing the highlights. You've probably captured the decorations just how you saw them. However, the people (IMO) need to be brighter as the image feels a bit out of balance.
