 Taken indoors.Used makeup to create the bruising and water for face and hair. Natural cloudy light from window.

It's sad seeing this beautiful girl with such injuries, in fact I find the shot very disturbing, I hope she's o.k.
Getting back to the technicals, the lighting and composition are good.
