Turned to black and white in iphoto. Then boosted the color which brings out the shadow detail. Used photoshop to dodge whites of eyes, slightly burn lips, and used healing tool to correct small scar under lower lip. Sharpened eyes and lips with unsharp mask.

Very nice pose only thing the skin on the face seems a little flat. I think if you had highlighted the catch light in the eyes and some of the streaks in the hair more this picture would have really popped. Still a nice portrait of a pretty girl.
