I believe the all black 5th infantry is part of the 25th Cavary from the Civil war. I personally liked how this shot came out. Shot at the Vanouver Veterans Parade.

I think that this underrated image is wonderful, and gave it a 10. Composition is great. I love the expressions that you captured, both of man and horse.
I almost gave this a 6 and moved on, but then I realized just how perfect it was. The three part composition, the beautiful profile of the horse, the rock-steady expression of the man, his position perfect, directly facing us, the light blossoming behind him. 9 bump to 10
