My shoes, patiently waiting. My hope is the faint lighting coupled with the stationary shoes will help convey the feeling of the early morning calm that resides just before everyone gets up and heads out. As usual we'll see if I was successful.
I have to be honest though - this was not taken at 7:30 AM, that is a horrid time for anyone to be awake. Instead it was taken in the early afternoon (on a cloudy, rainy day) with light coming in through our living room window. I felt however, the way the light looked and how it hit the shoes evoked the morning.

Not sure I get the title. Shot ok by itself. Would have liked to see one of the shoes laying on its' side - the one on the right. Focus on back shoe should be in focus in my opinion. still a 6
