Editing as follows:
Minor selective color changes in all areas,Rotate/Crop Brightness/Contrast,Shadows/Highlights, Dodge/Burn, Color Balance, and Hue/Sat changes,
YES the sky is a little blown out under the bridge, and it has it's other imperfections, but no photo is perfect :)

Nice use of diagonal line. I love the rich violet and purple tones. I also like how you chose to use the portrait orientation instead of the expected landscape one.
