1 pound cream cheese softened
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
cherry pie filling or topping of your choice
vanilla wafers
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Place vanilla wafer in cupcake paper/foil in cupcake tin.
Mix cream cheese, vanilla and sugar well. Add eggs and mix well.
Pour over wafers, filling 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes.
Let cool and top with pie filling - cherry or apple or whatever (nuts, chocolate chips, chocolate glaze is also yummy). Cakes will drop as they cool.

They do look yummy. Nice arrangement and closeup. I think a more diffused light might have avoided the hot spots on the cherries; I find them a little much. On the other hand, the bright light works very well on the metal - so you do have a tough choice there.
While the idea is great I think I would have given you a higher score had the flash not been reflected in all the cherries. It is a little disturbing besides losing the clarity of the picture.
So when is dessert being served? These look so yummy! The cropping is well done as is the lighting but the white to black background is a bit distracting, one color or the other would have gotten you a 9 or 10 from me, as is, an 8 :)
Very vivid red colors. The way you arranged the cheesecakes helps to give more interest to the shot. Love the highlights on the cherries. The tin cup's beautiful ridges are displayed beautifully against the dark black background.
You are a very cruel person you know. Cherry cheesecake is my favorite. They look soooooooo good and its not fair for the diabetics among us! Great shot :)
I'd have "pulled" the crop down and to the right to remove the black part in the upper left, and to show a little more of the two bottom and right cheesecakes. They look delicous!!
