Nice, I particularly like the sky's gradient tones. Don't know what aperture you used, but using high apertures in this kind of shot usually makes the lights "sparkle".
Very pleasing, well exposed image. I think it could have been even more effective, though, with about an inch cropped down off the top. Nothing is really happening in that part of the image.
