... and risk salmonella, unfortunately. Nice photo though!

I love this one - I'm not sure why, i just do. I think the monocolor look of it - white on white on white - lends the egg kind of a solemn feeling.

I love this high-key... One of my favourites of this challenge. 10

While I like the thought and the concept a lot of the white part of the cup holder appears to be too washed out and not enough definition against a white background.

I love this minimalist approach. Good job.

I like the idea, but maybe a bit too light and simple for me.

Nice composition. Good use of lighting. Excellent contrast too. Good luck.

LOL! Classic! Very classis and I'm thinking you are using a brown egg in this shot so you would get the slightly different hues in the black and whit. The light coming ind from the right is a bit bright overall but the shot is cropped perfectly. An 8 from me ;)

Beautiful shot. I love the simplicity of this and I also like the high key lighting. - 10

Simple, very effective, and nocely meets the challenge.

Great high-key shot! The egg seems to me to be just a tiny bit crooked in the cup. Just a minor thing though

Excellent, loved how clean and simple it looks. What did you put the egg cup on, can see lines going off into the distance, draws my eyes upwards though which is good. 10

Simple, great impact. I do have to be honest and say that I don't really like white on white presentations - I like a little color contrast to shake things up. That said I do like the composition of this photo. The egg gives just enough difference in color to keep it interesting. lighting does seem a little harsh on the right side - to the point of losing definition on the egg cup. Good image. 7

Very well done, smart move. And luckily for you, no one had the same idea...

With such a high-key simple approach as this the lines on the bottom are a little distractiong.

Nice, but didn't fit criteria... gets an 8
