A window is a reflective surface...but I didn't want to do a regular-old reflection shot. I'm sure this is a 3.9 in the making but I love it. I've always wanted to do something like this with the boys.
The concept is that one is always outside looking in, or inside looking out, at themselves and how they relate to life. Since the two are practically twins, I thought I'd use them both to "reflect" each other looking in from the opposite direction in their worlds.
