Is that 'do not enter' sign ringed in neon? I like the colors of the brick sidewalk on the left, but other than that, this photo doesn't hold my interest.

I keep looking back at this photo, I can't see any neon sign.
is that a clue in the title, am I missing something, it is a good photo, but I don't understand the conection with the challange.
