Hmmm, doesn't look like a long exposure to me. This droplets are quite well defined. BUT, this is a cool image, I like it, I just don't think it meets the challenge.

A little overprocessed for my liking. I think that this technique works fine, but maybe not for this picture as it takes all of the detail out of your capture

Intresting shot, however the highlights are way overexposed for my tastes. I'm sure this is what you wanted, its just my opinion.
