You've captured both movement (sky) and tranquility (water), with a lovely sense of expectancy through the luminous quality of both. I think the image deserves a higher mark. Beautiful.

Could have been even better with a tad more careful composion, include more of the fantastic sky (it looks to centered) and pick out fewer stones which are not cut by the photo margin.
