 OK um people want to know what I did O.O
I dont really remember but Ill try (I have PSP XI)
So I cropped the original, dodged the eyes,Neat Image, added a texture layer on either multiply or overlay.
Huesat/layer desat it then put on either mulitply or overlay.
USM
and.. I think that could be it O.o
