Adjusted exposure, contrast and some saturation in DPP. Converted and export to PS in Tiff.
some cropping, minor adjustment in levels contrast, shawdow/highlights,converted to 8bits run thru neat image rotate abit then resized to 640 and USM then save for web.

Interesting composition with the red twigs(?) in the lower left balancing the red and white of the lighthouse in the upper right, and the subtle browns of the water and denuded woods. Like the texture of the woods and the strong verticals of the reflexions.
ahhhhhh now this is truly lovely.. strong composition.. wonderful realistic colors... I can't think of one thing that would improve this shot - great job.. 8
I'm not sure if the orange in the bottom left was put in to add some color, tension or to fill in an empty area in the photo or because you couldn't get the reflection without having it sticking into the picture. I would prefer that it wasn't there as it distracts greatly from what should be the main subject of the photo, the lighthouse and then the beautiful trees.
Great composition and I like the balance the red in the foreground gives. To bad this wasn’t advanced, you could clone out all the leaves in the water to minimize distractions. My only suggestion would be to sharpen this a bit.
