Shot in RAW format with a 30 sec exposure and a 12 sec timer delay. The delay was so I would have time to turn on my small MagLite so I could see where I was going, run behind the model, position the MagLite at starting point above the hat, and finally cover the light with my hand.
When the shutter opened, I removed my hand from the front of the light and began tracing her silhouette. I tried shorter exposures, but didn't have enough time to trace her outline, including the openings created by her hands on her hips.
We finally got one that looked good on the 12th take. We both wore black to minimize exposure of anything distracting.

This is very cool, though for the purposes of the Challenge perhaps you should have given more details in the face. That may have given you a higher score as voters wouldn't have assumed it was just a neon light. ;>รพ
