A window sill, a couple of pieces of card and a cheapo prism from a toy store. Had to work quick because the sun was moving away. I took a number of others where the prism was displayed across a piece of paper with the word REFRACTION on it, but it seemed a bit too lame to have to use a word, rather than letting the photo speak for itself. I increased the saturation a tad.

What a great idea! the clarity suffers here; I kind of expect light to be pure and vibrant. Try using brightness/contrast to darken the neutral colors and bring up the the vibrant colors. You can increase the saturation of the colors, too. Really top notch composition, too.
