Thanks. Why do you find the arm distracting? IMO it adds depth to the picture. The "wig" is a bunch of neck bands for hanging something.

This is great stree photography, raw and candid. There are a few distracting elements such as the arm of the person on the left and the wig(?) on the box top.

Black and white works well here.
  Photographer found comment helpful.
