I was quite annoyed after getting back from this shoot to find a huge ammount of dust all over all the photos - I cloned it out in some of them but missed some in this one.
but it's not as bad as the photo I entered in the long exposure challenge (taken on the same night) where I uploaded the non cleaned version
Colors are really cool but you are featuring the foreground as the main element of the shot and focusing on the dark distant shoreline. BTW, you've also got sensor dust.
I like how the lights on the hill in the distance draw you into the frame. Nice color in the water, but I think there may be a bit of sensor dust hiding in it. I like the extended time effect on the water also.
