I've always wanted to try a high speed shot like Jacko's Blueberry Splash. I know this has been done so many times but I had a great fun shooting this, spent two evenings, two trays of blueberries, one liter of cream and couple of liters of patience! Around 700 frames of near perfect shots until I got this shot.
The first evening I used a single 500w hot light and wasn't able to get down to ISO 100 and speed of 1/1000 or 1/800 so I borrowed a 1000w hot light and used the 500w for fill-in (a bit less harsh shadows).
I converted the picture to jpg using Canon's Digital Photo Professional. A little bit of everything else, desat, curves, a little dodge and burn, cloned out a few minor distracting elements, cropped, resized, usm, border, save!

good shot, and i know its out of your control but i would have tried for a splash that was lower on the right and higher in the left so the shadow was all in one place.
