What specifically are you having trouble with?
Btw, I agree with bob_bobski. I think if you just made the water brighter and whiter it would have gone a long way to helping your score.

nice painterly effect on the mini-falls. I wish you just focused your composition on that section of this image, as that stuff to the left commands unwanted attention.
