From a walk around town this past Friday. Pity it was too late for the Bokeh III Challenge. I am fascinated by the technique and have enjoyed shooting it a lot lately. I have learned a bit by doing this. One thing is that it is somewhat easier, not always of course, to do out doors than in. So when we have Bokeh IV (guess that will be oh, about Dec'06-Jan.'07 LOL!!) I will be better at it than I was, I hope.
Post: Layer adjustments for levels, brightness/contrast and hue/saturation. Layer of curves, NeatImage, Sharpen. Clone some dust spots and imperfections/holes in the leaves. Cloned a some much smaller portions of leaves at top middle. Resize. Sharpen.

Bokeh practice? :D Wonderful color in this, but you've lost a lot of detail in the leaves. Too much Neat Image perhaps (or some other noise reduction tool)? Good luck in the challenge.
