Nice soft photo...the lines in the fence are making it look like it's got the leans. Otherwise...very nice.

It isn't quite sharp enough in my opinion. And the background is a little distracting. Perhaps a shallower depth of field would help soften the background. It would be nice to see more detail in her face, the lighting seems a little too flat.
