I like the colors and composition but more than this your photo brings me back good memories .

What an amazing group of colours.

The only downside to me is that the nuts are "wet" in this particular fruit. But nicely seen and setup all the same.

Composition wise - I think that a tighter crop to remove the distracting elements of background in the top left anf right hand corners would give th image a bit more impact.

Good use of color, but the nuts seem a bit odd to my senses. They don't look appealing.

Those look like black walnuts! I know because my MIL's old house had a tree in the back and we had to clean those damn things up every other year, LOL! This is a great idea, the colors are fantastic and the cropping is wonderful. My first 9, may end up a 10 for me.
