Went out to take some photos of kite boarders for the Wind challenge but they were all wimps and at home drinking warm milk and staying out of the wind... So I amused myself for a while taking photos and when I got home I discovered that this weeks challenge was perfect for some of the photos I took.
Editing - thank god this is an advanced challege - numerous levels and curves layers - high pass filter layer - contrast mask - dodge and burn the clouds a bit - crop, resize and save for web

I like the foreground detail and the way you've composed this shot. Just a minor comment, but given that this was advanced editing, you could have removed the dust spots.
