This challenge is kinda scary for me. I\'ve done candid pictures of friends and family before but nothing I would classify as a portrait. I\'ve certainly never done a self-portrait before but I figured that I am the only model who would be patient with me on my first attempt.
Setup: I placed my ottoman against a bookshelf and placed a pillow against it. I then put a dark towel over the pillow to hide it. Besides that? I put another pillow where my head would go and focused on it then put the camera on timermode. After about 20 shots I had a good selection and I ended up choosing this one.
