You are always able to find such great locations. The best I have been able to come up with in my part of Florida in the line of derelict buildings is an abandoned orange packing plant (which has now been completely secured so I can no longer access the inside of it) and this old burnt out house that I found where you have to be careful not to fall through the floor. It seems that most buildings around here that ever had any character are either torn down to make way for new development or restored if they are of significant historical importance (and often not restored very well).
