Something that people like in a sunrise or set is pleasing colors. The color in this are very muted. Also there is not much of an interesting beach or background; the clouds seem very flat.
Nicely composed. I really like the colors in the sky and the reflection on the water. I wish there was more detail or interest in the foreground though.
