This looks like a fairly ordinary pose but something has to be different. Her head looks way too big in proportion to her body, either some weird angles are playing tricks or someone did some creative photoshopping.
Otherwise, the lighting seems like an attempt at a paramount/butterfly lighting setup, generally a good choice but I think you've got the light a bit too high (nose shadow seems to extend on to the lip) and it also seems like it is not perfectly centered (shadow on her right shoulder). |
