Great shot (colors and composition). Very impressive. The only critique I might have and I'm not sure how easily it could be corrected as you don't want to crop any more of that great neon background is that the bright spot on the lower left corner (flare of some type) is a bit distracting.

Amazing shot, great motion blur in the background with all the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Awesome focus on your main subject. My only suggestion would be that the horizon seems a bit tilted to the right frame. Still this shot got high marks from me for originality, great DOF, motion capture and tack sharp focus. Well done!
