imo, this picture needs a nicer sky. Right now it's pretty much overlit, and it makes the image harsh. I've had some luck with reducing the aperture and postprocessing the image to light it up in circumstances like these... The composition is great.

Beautiful. The composition of this is right on. For some reason, the washed out sky works in this photo. I think it compliments the reflections in the water.
