This is an "old school" style self portrait (holding my camera out in front of me to take the shot) taken on the observation deck at the top of Rockefellar Center in NYC. The wind gusts were so strong up there I could barely hold my camera!
Thank you for all of the lovely comments and votes.

Just found this. My first thought was "what a great, fun, full-of-life shot. I bet voters knocked it for focus, motion blur, etc." I'm so glad to see I was wrong!
I was up there myself a few weeks after you took this; I have a couple of shots in my portfolio.
A perfect literal take on the challenge. A little too light in areas of the sky and sense that it should be rotated to the left a touch but nonetheless certainly worthy of high marks. Good job!
Nice B/W photo that meets the challenge quite well. The fun is infectious (her smile). :D May be a little overexposed in the clouds (left center), but you can get away with that a little with this PP treatment. Good luck in the challenge.
Excellent! I love almost everything about this photo... The guy in the background is obviously distracting, though, and I would consider cropping it differently if possible, as she is in an awkward position in the frame.
coming back to comment: When I opened this photo I just had to smile back - what a great sense of fun and movement... good job photographing this so well
