Interesting choice to have the stem in focus - I think it was a good choice. Your colors remind me of an old painting. This would probably look great on a wall somewhere.
Bigger part in focus and grapes more blurred would help.
Pear too centered and takes up too big part of the whole image.
Lightning and tones of color are somewhat strange.
Wow - you have some great bokeh circles inthe background. Wait - are those grapes? just kidding. I really like the composition and the main focus and clarity of the stem. Great earthy colors and a very nice feel to it overall. While maybe no "proper" circles of light and such the blurred background easily adds to this image. A pleasant shot.
