this photograph is gorgeous. im very interested in how you made half of it black and white and the other in color. I would love to do that with some of my photos. It would be much appreciated if you got back to me w/ that technique...or anywone who reads this and knows how to do it. thanks a lot!

This is lovely. The theme of the bridge already implies some sort of "detaching", which goes well with autumn leaves and colors. I like the idea of enhancing the sense of separation by selectively desaturating
the bridge, so that the image is visually split in two, with an element (literally ;) bridging one half of the image into the other. The overall sense of time is quite strong.
