Interesting capture...love the green tint to the image. I might suggest cropping out some or all of the ceiling, because that light is quite a distraction. Without the ceiling, the model's eyes draw the viewer in first instead of the white light. :)

Good lighting here. Though iv never been to one myself, this iomage shows the monotonyof the waiting in one. Almost feels like a cell the more i look at the room.
